Distance Sales Agreement

Parties

Service provider: Hatice Durak, Eskişehir Tax Office, Tax No: 6960204621. The buyer is the participant who submits the application form.

Subject of Service

This agreement covers participation in Crea Hair Fest 7 planned for 19–22 October 2026 at Selectum Luxury Belek, Antalya, and accommodation if selected.

Price and Payment

Selected categories and accommodation are shown in the application summary. If the total exceeds €100, the participant may choose a €100 deposit or full payment. Uploading a receipt alone is not payment approval; payment is finalized after administrator review.

Cancellation and Changes

Cancellation, refund, schedule changes, and force majeure are evaluated under the organizer’s announced policy and applicable law.

Disputes

Applicable jurisdiction rules for consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts apply.
